Charles Akonnor summons 30 players for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers
Ghana coach Charles Akonnor released a list of 30 players on Friday, August 13. They will take part in the first two days of qualifying for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
The Black stars indeed face Ethiopia on September 3 before doing battle with South Africa on September 6. Akonnor called on the team’s executives, including André Ayew. His brother Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey are also there. The Ghanaian manager has also summoned five local players.
