2022 World Cup-South Africa: Luke Fleurs enjoys his first with the Bafana Bafana
For his first meeting with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa , Luke Fleurs intends to make the most of it.
Called on by Hugo Broos, South Africa coach, to replace injured Mosa Lebusa, the 21-year-old defender says he is happy to be part of the team.
“ I played in the Under-17s and also recently played at the Tokyo Olympics. This is my first call-up for the Senior Men’s National Team and I will make the most of it, ”said the Supersport United player in the Premier Soccer League in South Africa.
Bafana Bafana will face Ethiopia’s Walya in a double encounter as part of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
The first match will be played on October 9 at the Bahir Dar Stadium in Dar el Salaam. The second will take place on October 12 at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
