Afrobaket 2021: Angola unveils its 12 Palancras Negras

Angola coach Ball Walter has released the list of 12 players who will take on the Women’s Afrobasket. The latter is scheduled for September 17-26 in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The veteran Italee Lucas and the nugget Nadir Manuel will lead the Angolan selection.

The Palancras Negras are in Pool B, the toughest of the tournament along with Nigeria and Mozambique. The Angolans have been winning back the title since 2013. At the last Afrobsket, they finished in sixth place.
