Football World Cup for amputees: two tests for the Atlas Lions

The Moroccan selection flies away to play the World Cup in Turkey.

The Moroccan football teamfor amputees will play two friendly matches in Turkey before the World Cup in the discipline scheduled for October 1-9. A first meeting will oppose it to Tanzania, also qualified for this competition, on September 24th. The second test will pit the Atlas Lions against the Iraqis on the 27th of the month. The Moroccans are due to reach Turkey on Monday..

Africa has four representatives in this World Cup, with Angola and Liberia. Morocco is in Pool B along with Brazil, Ireland and Iran. He will face the British on October 1 before crossing Brazil the next day. The last group match against Iran will take place on October 3.
