CAN 2023: Rwanda goes fishing for dual nationals

Housed in Group L along with Benin, Mozambique and Senegal , Rwanda intends to strengthen before the start of qualifying in June. This is how the Football Federation is eyeing the side of Luxembourg to enlist midfielder Sven Kalisa.
