Yacine Diopn in the list of 12 players
Senegal’s national coach Moustapha Gaye published a list of 12 players on Wednesday, September 8. The latter will take part in the women’s Afrobasket , scheduled from September 18 to 26 in Cameroon.
We note the presence of seven young players who will discover the competition. They are Maty Fall, Yaye Irma Diémé, Couna Ndao, Ndèye Fatou Ndiaye, Sokhna Fatou Dia Sylla, Madjiguène Sène and Anne Françoise Diouf.
Mame Marie Sy, Bintou Diémé, Yacine Diop, Leina Niang and Oumou Khaïry Sarr are the survivors of Afrobasket 2017. Two players will be selected in the coming hours to constitute the reserve. The vice-champions of Africa are housed in group C along with Egypt and Guinea.
