Afrobasket: Rwanda prepares for Dakar

To succeed in its Afrobasket, Rwanda chose Senegal for its preparation. The delegation will also leave Kigali on August 6.

Two matches are on the program from August 10 at Dakar Arena. Senegalese coach Cheikh Sarr’s players will play against Senegal and Guinea.

The Rwandan Basketball Federation (FERWABA) indicates that this is a good opportunity to meet the best players on the continent.

On August 16, the Rwandan team will indeed return to Kigali to complete its preparation. Two-day other friendly matches are scheduled at home from August 19 to 21, against Egypt.

The Afrobasket will take place from August 24 to September 5. Rwanda is in group A along with DR Congo, Angola and Cape Verde.
