Algeria: Andy Delort on the way back

Andy Delort sees the horizon clearing up. Injured since February 13 against Olympique Lyonnais, the Algerian striker could make his return in the derby against Nîmes in ten days.
This is reassuring news for Djamel Belmadi. The Fennecs coach should be able to count on Andy Delort for the next few days of the CAN 2021 qualifiers. After three weeks of absence, the Algerian striker is slowly recovering from his muscle injury. The Montpellier striker could also return to the competition next week. He has already resumed training.
The Hérault coach remains confident for the return of his star striker. “ Andy Delort works with physical trainers and physiotherapists. We get it back after the Coupe de France, ” announces Michel Der Zakarian at a press conference . Andy Delort will not play this weekend.
