Arab Cup play-off: Jordan eliminates South Sudan by forfeit
The selection of South Sudan forfeited against Jordan, in the Arab Cup play-off.
After Sudan and Oman, respective winners of Libya (1-0) and Somalia (2-1), Jordan qualified for the group stage of the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup (30 November-18 December in Qatar).
The Jordanians did not have to force their skills to beat South Sudan, as the latter withdrew.
Thanks to this success (3-0), Jordan will find Morocco, Saudi Arabia and the winner of Palestine-Comoros in Group C, which will take place on June 24 in Doha
