The 2  nd  day of the group phase of the Confederation Cup was played on Wednesday with the defeat of Etoile Sportive Sahel before Salitas (1-0). Orlando Pirates and Al Ahly Benghazi won by the same score (1-0) ahead of Enyimba and ES Sétif 

In Group C, Jaraaf scored his first point against CS Sfaxien (1-1). In the other meeting, Salitas took over Etoile Sahel (1-0). CS Sfaxien (4 pts +1) is leader of the group. He is followed by Salitas (3 pts +1). Etoile Sahel (3 pts) and Jaraaf (1 pt) occupy the last two places.

Al Ahly Benghazi pushes Setif

Leader of Group A before this day, Enyimba FC lost to Orlando Pirates (2-1). Al Ahly Benghazi surprised ES Sétif (1-0), thanks to Jibreel Alwadawi (3 ‘). Libyans themselves back after their defeat of the 1  st  day against Enyimba (2-1). Orlando Pirates (4 pts) is leader of the group, followed by Enyimba (2  nd  , 3 pts). Al Ahli Benghazi (3 pts-1) is ranked 3  rd  , while Sétif (1 pt) is dead last.
