The Comoros and Egypt share the lead in Group G of the CAN 2021 qualifiers. Their closing duel, on March 29, could then sound like a classification match. Coelacanths  and  Pharaohs  can, in fact, validate their ticket from the 5th day. But Kenya, opponent of Salah and company, has not yet said its last word.

The Comoros are closer to CAN 2021 than Egypt by hosting Togo. The Hawks are last of the hen (1 pt-4) and already eliminated. In case of victory, the  Coelacanths would  realize their dream of playing their first final phase. And, they began to believe in it since their success (2-0) against Kenya, plunging Moroni into an  ecstatic atmosphere  . “  It was like we won the World Cup. It was a big party,  said right-back Said Bakari. And we saw how crazy everyone was. I swear I will never forget that kind of moment. ”
