Friendly match: Algeria A ‘against Burundi on August 28

The selection of Burundi

A friendly match will oppose the Algerian local selection to Burundi on Saturday August 28.

The meeting, initially scheduled for last June, had been postponed. The location and time are not yet known, however.

It will be for Algeria A ‘to prepare for the next African Nations Championship. The competition will take place in 2023 in Algeria.

Burundi, on the other hand, will neither participate in the second round of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup, nor in the final phase of the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon (January 9-February 6, 2022).

She will therefore only play friendly matches until the start of the CAN 2023 qualifiers.
