Rwanda and the Central African Republic will take, advantage of the next FIFA window (May 31 to June 15) to compete in friendly twice. The matches are scheduled for June 4 and 7 in Kigali, the Rwandan capital.

These meetings will allow the two selections to prepare for the second round of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. This, initially set for June, has been postponed to September.

Rwandans are in Group E with Kenya, Mali and Uganda while Central Africans are in Group C along with Nigeria, Liberia and Cape Verde
