Gabon: coach Patrice Neveu extends until 2025

Patrice Neveu extends his contract with Gabon

The French Patrice Neveu (67 years old) will be the coach of Gabon until August 2025. The French technician, appointed in May 2019 for 2 years, with an option of 2 additional years which had been activated, has just extended by twenty-four additional months.

Gabon, which qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations in 2022, in Cameroon, will also play the second round of qualifying for the World Cup, with Angola, Egypt and Libya as opponents.

Patrice Neveu will aim to qualify the Panthers for the next two editions of the CAN , in 2023 in Côte d’Ivoire and in 2025 in Guinea.
