I am Joshua Bosita
I am an innovative entrepreneur, who founded Bositen Mart, a retail-based food mart, 3 years ago during the heat of COVID 19. I founded G20 Innovations, a platform that seeks to innovate new and unique solutions to most modern-day problems. I believe that every problem has a unique solution.
Early this year 2024, together with my business colleague, a Rwandese, whom I will not disclose his identity, set out to develop a platform that will enable property owners, not only in Kenya and East Africa, but all across the globe, to manage and deal with their tenants seamlessly and professionally.
By property managers, I refer to developers of apartments, all rental units and commercial malls. Having been a tenant, I have observed how often property owners and their agents struggle with rent collection, haphazard admittance of new tenants, security matters, taxation and welfare management of tenants, among others. As an entrepreneur, I saw a huge gap in that.
I took it upon myself to fill the gap, and provide a realtime permanent solution to that, through setting up an App that can only be used by property owners, and not tenants since tenants keep shifting from one property to the other. Allow me to call the App “Globa_Rent” (not its real name though).
Among the salient features of Globa-Rent app include:
a) Easier/Simplified rent collection,
b) Seamless communication (early reminders, receipts, invoices to tenants),
c) All tenant information,
d) Guaranteed security checks.
My target clientele are property owners, owners of rental units, owners of apartments and owners of malls. We are seeming clients to partner and co-partner with us, not only as clients, but as franchises to upscale this model to the global level.

The real estate market is huge, fast growing and following the mushrooming of commercial and residential properties both in urban, sub-urban and rural areas, we seek to make real estate management a digital-based management business where the owners can be relieved of all manual work, paper work and physical supervision to their properties.
We advise, we help to plan, we manage and we deliver. From humble beginnings, we have begun growing our clientele network and we are reaching out to more prospective clientele across the globe to join us. Our success rate speaks more volumes than these words.
