Setif players celebrating their victory
Entente Setif has once again demonstrated its defensive solidity. The Algerians went to beat Horoya AC from Guinea on their lawn, in the open of the CAF Champions League.
The only goal of the game was scored by Kendouci, in the 47th. However, Setif could even take advantage of his numerical superiority to avoid putting himself in danger. Since Horoya finished the game at ten following the exclusion of Yakhouba Barry for accumulating yellow cards in the 55th and 68th.
Setif and Raja take the lead in group B. The Moroccans beat Amazulu FC (1-0) at the end of the evening. On the second day, scheduled for February 18-19, Setif will host Raja, while Horoya will travel to South Africa’s Amazulu FC.
