Liberia: President George Weah has rewarded the young motorcyclist who raised $ 50,000 and returned it

Liberian President George Weah has given a bursary and money to a young man named Emmanuel Tolue who recently collected $ 50,000 that had been dumped by a business woman and returned it to her.

Recently, Emmanuel Tolue, a motorcyclist in the Nimba area, picked up a $ 50,000 envelope.

The money was later sold to a business woman by radio, and after an audit, it was confirmed that it was hers and Emmanuel Tolue agreed to return it to her.

This has led to the 18-year-old being considered a hero in this country for his honesty.

The news reached the President of the country and invited him to the capital Monrovia for talks.

President Weah gave the young man $ 10,000, a scholarship to continue his education and bought him two motorcycles.

President Weah also said he would award Emmanuel Tolue an award for outstanding achievements in Liberia.

Emmanuel Tolue dropped out of school when he was in his seventh year of primary school due to his limited ability, so far the young man has been given the opportunity to continue his education until college and is free.
