After Cameroon, host country of CAN 2021, where he has been staying since Monday , December 20, CAF president Patrice Motsepe is expected in Bamako. The South African leader is due to arrive in the Malian capital on Tuesday 21 for a courtesy visit.
During his stay, according to a press release from the Malian Football Federation ( FEMAFOOT ), Motsepe will have a working session with the FEMAFOOT Executive Committee.
Then, the president of CAF will go successively to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic before visiting the Stade du 26-Mars. It was renovated for nearly 1.5 million euros to bring it up to FIFA standards.
