Marseille: Jean-Louis Gasset maintains the suspense for Mbemba

Injured on March 31 against Paris Saint-Germain, Chancel Mbemba missed the match against Lille. However, the Congolese defender is in the Olympian group to face Benfica this Thursday, April 11 in the quarter-final first leg of the Europa League. At a pre-match press conference, his coach Jean-Louis Gasset mentioned his possible presence for the clash.

“ Chancel Mbemba came with us, Murillo too. They will do the last training and we will make a decision to make the best possible team. Confident for Mbemba? I hope, I hope. When the players do tests the day before the match, it’s 50/50 ,” he told a press conference.
