Karim Bambo member of National Bank risks a heavy suspension. The club striker is guilty of using drugs. What is prohibited by the regulations of the Egyptian Premier League.
Currently, the duration of his suspension is not yet known. But, the local media are already talking about a heavy sanction.
“ What happened with Karim was an accident. The player was using a fat burner which contained a prohibited substance that he did not know, ” defends the club’s sports director, Karim Hassan Shehata.
“ The player will be suspended but we don’t know for how long yet. There was an investigation and the player was questioned on the merits and he told the truth, ” adds the sports director.
