Find out: Christians are fighting against the police call for soldiers for violating Covid19 orders

This Sunday, June 27, 2021, when police were on their way to arrest Christians who had violated the COVID-19 protocol during a mass at Muko’s Sacred Sanctuary in Muko Sector in Musanze District, they protested against the call for soldiers.

They were present at the sacrament Mass which began at 8 a.m. but would be interrupted by the activities of the Muko Sector administration and the Rwanda National Police operating in the Sector.

When the Police approached Muko Catholic Catholic Church the sacrament changed as the Christians and the people rose up at once offering the Police and also the rescue of the feet of the Soldiers and the rescue of the protesters and protesters.

The villagers fled from the side of Santarari until they released all the residents in Cilicia.

There was a disagreement on both sides and 7 Catholic Church Leaders present at the ceremony included a Priest from (Cathedral Cathedral) and the headmaster of Muko Hospital who were taken by car to the Peace Center in Musanze Town.

The deportees were not immediately available for comment.

Muko Sector Executive Secretary, Merekatete Triphase said the incident was not an incident as was the case with many but it was the people who wanted to challenge the security forces and the Sector administration but it was soon resolved.

After the release, the men were fined Rs 11,000 Frw per person and Muko’s unit was paid Rs 150,000 Frw.
