Already winner of the 2nd stage, Alan Boileau confirms his great form on the tour of Rwanda. He won the sprint this Tuesday and won the 3  rd  stage in 4h23mn57sec.

This 21-year-old Frenchman from the B&B Hotels team is ahead of the finish line, Colombian Carlos Julian Norena Quintero from the Trengganu Cycling Tea team. Finally, the Canadian James Piccoli of the Israel Star-Up Nation team closes the podium.

Eric Muhoza from team Rwanda is also the best placed Rwandan for this 171.6km stage. He arrives at the 24  th  spot. He covered this distance in 4h25mn59sec.

The 4  th  stage will be between Kigali and Kimironko, northwestern Rwanda. This stage is 123.9 km away. Cyclists will leave at 9 am
