RWANDA Musanze: RIB arrested a man who lied to the cell Sedo of the cell.

Olivier Twagirayezu Olivier, a 37-year-old caretaker, was arrested on suspicion of illegally building a house in Sedabar, Cyabararika Cell, Muhoza Sector, Musanze District.

Twagirayezu was reportedly circumcised on Wednesday afternoon, August 11, 2021, when he was about to stop the man in charge of building the house without any documents, and another came out with a hammer and a fork and tied him to his right hand .

The Isibo leader was immediately arrested by the National Police after committing atrocities against a social worker in Cyabararika Cell.

The suspect was rushed to Ruhengeri General Hospital while the suspect was late at the Muhoza RIB station.

The RIB National Police immediately launched an investigation to prosecute the man under the provisions of Article 121 of the Penal Code .
