The UTB women’s volleyball team will represent Rwanda at the African Club Championships. The tournament is, in fact, scheduled in Sousse, Tunisia, from May 16 to 28.

The University of Tourism, Technology and Business Studies (UTB) is the reigning Women’s League champion last year, having notably beaten APR in the final. Philbert Mucyo , coach of the team, emphasizes that he is getting down to the planning of the competition. “ We have a meeting on Monday (March 29). This, to see how the team will start to prepare for the competition. We can start training at the beginning of April ”, informs the technician.

UTB and APR will represent Rwanda at the African Women’s Club Championships. Meanwhile, Rwanda Energy Group (REG) and APR will also be the country’s representatives in men. These two teams have even started their internship.

The African Men’s Club Championships are scheduled for April 16-28. They will also take place in Sousse, Tunisia.
