Football: Ghana launches junior girls’ championship

Ghana’s junior women’s football championship begin

Ghana is determined to promote women’s football. The Ghana Football Federation (GFA) has just launched a junior championship for girls.

This competition will debut next season (2021-2022). The aim is to encourage girls to play football.

This championship is in addition to the Premier League and the Women’s FA Cup.

Women’s football is also booming in Ghana. All national women’s competitions are also refereed by women.

The GFA in partnership with UEFA recently trained thirty U15 coaches in ten regions in particular but …..
