” We must improve the quality of our players on the continent, but it must start with the infrastructures, the groundsā¦ “ , insisted the South African in a statement to the press. ā We must also focus on training academies for young boys and girlsā¦. In this regard, we are relying a lot on the public-private partnership which remains very important, ā he added.
If Motsepe was aiming far by taking CAF, he always remains in his sights. He believes today that African football must be at the top. ” Our goal is clear: to make African football the best in the world, “ he said bluntly.
The boss of CAF also salutes Morocco’s leadership on the football scene, in particular its presence in major decision-making bodies (CAF, FIFA).
