Aviation Safety Expert, Arthur Rutembesa, Dies

The deceased was a Senior IT Expert at East African Community Civil Aviation Safety and Security Oversight Agency (EAC ASSOA) stationed in Entebbe, Kampala.
The cause of is yet to be officially announced by family members.
However, reports indicate Rutembesa developed heart complications before his death today.
